Information we process
We may process the contact details and message content you provide when emailing us. If you place an online order, we process the purchaser and recipient name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing details, order contents, amount, currency, payment status and transaction references. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by SOLVARA. If you use our trade enquiry form, we may also process your business name, contact name, email or telephone number, website or social profile, business type, location or proposed territory, number of locations, estimated quantity, partnership interests and any information in your message. Limited technical information generated when you visit the website may include IP address, device/browser information and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
- To process, deliver and support online orders, including payment confirmation, returns and customer service, because this is necessary to perform the purchase contract.
- To receive, review and answer product, availability, stockist, distribution, vending and partnership enquiries, and take steps requested before a possible business relationship.
- To maintain sales, tax and accounting records and comply with legal obligations.
- To operate, secure and prevent misuse of the website, based on our legitimate interests in maintaining a safe service.
Trade form details are stored securely so that SOLVARA can review and respond to the enquiry. We do not use contact information for email marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive it.
Service providers and external content
Technical and hosting providers may process limited data on our behalf where necessary to operate and secure the site. Stripe processes payment and checkout data under its own privacy information and provides SOLVARA with transaction and customer details needed to fulfil the order. Order records are stored using our database provider. When you send a trade enquiry, Resend processes the enquiry details on our behalf to deliver an email notification to SOLVARA. Resend is used only for this transactional notification, not to add you to a marketing list. The stockist map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. Directions, Instagram and other external links take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Some service providers, including our transactional email provider Resend, may store account or email metadata in the United States. Where information is processed outside the European Economic Area, we require an appropriate legal safeguard where applicable, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Order and transaction information is retained for the periods necessary to fulfil the order, handle possible claims and meet tax, accounting and other legal duties. Enquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to review, respond and manage the resulting relationship, and afterwards for any legally required limitation period. Inactive enquiry records are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer necessary. Technical security records are kept only for a proportionate period.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable, by emailing info@solvara-spain.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available here.
